Feeling heard, understood and valued in your life is the goal. The work is in discovering.
Maybe today you are this person or you feel that you are becoming this person.
- You feel lost in your world; you don't know what you need, you don't know your tastes.
- You feel different from your surroundings, you don't fit in.
- You are not happy with your present, but you are not clear about what and how to change.
- You spend many hours imagining how you should have acted in past situations.
- You go by what others say or do, even if you often agree.
- You doubt who you are and the value you have; your skills, your professionalism, who you are as a friend, partner or family member.
- You don't know how to deal with life's problems.
- You don't know how to express your desires, concerns or limits. You don't feel heard.
- You think that you are not a good mother, father, child or family member.
From respect, compassion, and sincerity we will find together your true answers.
These are some of the answers I offer to work with you on your discomfort.
- I will help you connect with you, find your true needs, and take the first steps towards the life you want to live.
- I will accompany you to value you and what makes you feel different.
- I will guide you to find your internal compass, and how to approach changes.
- I will guide you to leave remorse and guilt behind and start acting and living taking responsibility for both your actions and your feelings.
- I will support you to find your truth and begin to value it, and learn to set necessary limits in relationships.
- We will work on your self-esteem step by step.
- We will look together at your problems, the emotional and repetitive aspects.
- First of all, I will listen to you, so that you can discover your inner world and learn to express it.
- I will help you find the balance between compassion and effort, and lower your demands to a healthier level.

If you identify with one or more of these points, I want you to know that all of us at some point can experience these situations
Above all, I want you to know that your reality can change when you start working on your inner world with Gestalt Psychology and Psychotherapy.
Psychology and Gestalt Therapy opens a safe way for you to find your true self.
I want you to experience the relief of knowing that you are not the only person who feels different, who is not understood, who has anxiety or depression, who is judged, who has had a difficult childhood and cannot be at peace with it, or who wants change.
Many people live this way, but there are those who change that reality by working on themselves through Psychology and Gestalt Psychotherapy.
These are some of the testimonies of those who have allowed me to accompany them in their process.

What they think of me
But they are not the only ones who have experienced a positive change in their lives thanks to Gestalt Psychotherapy.

I have also been where you feel you are today.
Maybe today you are this person or you feel that you are becoming this person.
Hello, I am Brenda Kelleher, a licensed psychologist CV18968 and a Gestalt psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping adults, youth and children with difficulties in valuing themselves and finding their place in the world, but I am also a person who has been in the same place you feel you are today.
One of the predominant sensations in my life has been to feel different, because when you feel different, it can be difficult to find your place, your people, it becomes complicated to relate, self-criticism appears and self-pity diminishes.
Feeling this way, awakened in me, a curiosity for knowledge about personal growth, it led me to study psychology (Bachelor and Masters) and to discover psychotherapy as a tool. It's been years since I've felt weird, in relation to the characteristics that make me different In fact, my "weird" has become my greatest ability to help others feel at peace with themselves, with who they are and with their lives, to experience a sense of peace in their lives.
That is why I am sure that it is possible to accept oneself and enjoy the present, because I have learned from my experience and from each of my clients.
