The format Online Therapy allows you to access profesional psychological support from the comfort of your own home, without needing to travel and with the same sense of closeness, depth and effectiveness as a face to face session.
I carry out the sessions using the platform that is offically supported by the Colegio Oficial de Psicologos, which is specifically designed to guarantee the confidentiality, privacy and security of each session.
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, the duration of which is exclusively for you, to explore your worries, understand and gain insight into your life experience and find new ways to relate to yourself and others.
Online Couples Therapy
I also support couples who want to improve their communication, deal with conflicts, recover emotional connection or who are going through a period of change or difficulty. The sessions occur online, in a safe and confidential space, offering a climate where both individuals feel heard, understood and supported to create a healthy and more satisfying relationship.

One of the feelings that has predominated my life is that of feeling different, because when you feel different it can be difficult to find your place in the world, your people. Relating to others can be complicated, selfcriticism can rear its ugly head and self compassion diminishes.
Feeling like this, awoke in me, a curiousity for self knowledge and personal growth. It brought me to study psychology (a Degree and Masters) and to find psychotherapy as a tool. Its been a long time since I have felt awkward with the traits that make me different, in fact I have converted them into some of my greatest strengths so as to help others feel at peace with who they are and with their lives..
Thats why I am sure that it is possible to accept oneself and enjoy the present moment, because I have learned from my own experience and from each one of the people I have worked with.
